Thanks for getting back to us, perform some troubleshooting steps so we can get the customer:job information appears permanently in the Name field. What report WOULD allow customization to add customer:job to cc expenses? Again, I am looking for a way to add customer job to a report on credit card expenses (so that I can see which cc expenses are being reimbursed through specific grant funds that have been recorded under specific customer:jobs). I'm wondering if there is something I am missing. I have poked around in many reports to try to view all cc expenses showing allocated Customer:job but can't find anything that allows this (even using modification). Class is an option, and I do enter class, but even if I add it to the report, it does not show up on the report (weird since it is entered). Pulling a report for previous months reconciliation does not include customer:job nor is it an option in the customization menu. I add details for customer:job and class for every item so I believe there is a connection and a report should be possible, but I can't make it happen.

I do not enter cc expenses as "items" as described above, instead I enter them through Banking > enter cc charges. Upon reviewing credit card expenses, I was asked to create a report that shows the customer:job for each cc expense. I meet with the Director each month to review finances.
